Personalized Orders
If you would like to order personalized gifts from my Memory Lane Products Store, you may use the form below. Please fill in all areas listed below. Here is an explanation of what should be included in each section.
Name - Your first & last name (so I don’t get two Karens confused 
)
Email - Your frequently checked email address
Design - Full name of the product (e.g. Not Even A Mouse Ornament (Round) )
Link - Enter product link (e.g. http://www.cafepress.com/memorylanegifts.89934754)
Type - Enter the product type (e.g Round Ornament, Rectangle Magnet, etc.)
Color - For things that come in different colors (shirts), enter red, caribbean blue, black, etc.
Add Name - Enter the name you’d like to be added or use “n/a” if you aren’t adding a name.
Add Date - Enter the special date you’d like added or use “n/a” if you aren’t adding a name.
Need By - Figure the date you need the item in your possession and count back 2 weeks. Your graphic will need to be finished, approved, and purchased before this date.
