All About Personalizing Orders
We love making items that will please and surprise people in your life. If you are looking for an extra special gift for someone, consider having one of our designs personalized with a name and/or date. In our experience it’s small things like personalization that can turn a nice gift into a great gift.
Right now our personalization service is free, but we can’t guarantee how long it will remain that way. So, take those few extra minutes to contact us and let us know how we can personalize an item for you. Read below for more detailed instructions and information.
Order Deadlines – Holiday & Special Event Items
Please place your request for a personalized item at least 4-6 weeks before the holiday or special event. This allows for possible graphic changes, graphic approval, and shipping time.

*For some holidays, such as Christmas, please allow 14 days for delivery and check on the site’s holiday shipping dates for more specific delivery times.
Guidelines for Personalized Orders
- Due to production/shipping schedules and the volume of orders, we may not be able to take new personalized orders if submitted less than two weeks before the holiday shipping date.
- Personalized orders will be completed on a first come, first serve basis so the earlier you order, the more likely you are to get the results you’d like.
Ordering Tips
- Use the Order Personalized Gifts page to submit information about your special orders. Please be sure to include the appropriate subject line for quickest response.
- When placing your order, include: your name, email address, the title of the item, the link to the item and the personalized name you would like on each product. Please make the item/personalized name clear so there is no confusion and you get your product as fast as possible.
- If you plan on purchasing an item which includes a photo (such as on holiday ornaments), have 2-3 photos ready to send when requested. Please note that digital camera photos do not generally come out as well as professional or non-digital photos.
