Start off the summer fun with this trampoline game that’s fun for the whole family. Whether you are participating or just watching, it’s sure to bring on giggles and smiles.
Where’s My Bone?
This game is for three or more players. The object of the game is for the “doggie” to find the “bone” while the object for the other players is to hide the bone. One player is chosen to be the doggie. The remaining players sit in a large circle in the middle of the trampoline. One of the players is given a small object, the bone, to hide.
Once the bone is hidden, under a player’s leg, in the crook of an elbow, etc, the signal is given for the doggie to start looking for the bone. Once the bone is found, play continues with a different doggie.
Doggie rules:
The doggie must not touch another player.
The doggie is allowed to bounce once beside a player suspected of having the bone.
If the “bone” is dislodged from its hiding place during a bounce, the doggie gets the bone and the person who was hiding it swap places.
Hiding rules:
Players may not hide the “bone” inside clothing or pockets.
Players may not give hints where the “bone” is hidden unless the doggie gives up.
Players my fake out the doggie by posing in such a way that they appear to be hiding the bone.
This is a fun way for children to practice their observation skills!
